Apply to have your work considered in the art book, Volume 21, by Friend of the Artist. We are dedicated to elevating the work of emerging artists of all mediums around the world through our high quality art books and caliber of exposure. Accepted artists will also have a written statement about their works by an arts writer and have a 4-page spread of their work.

Application Details
Accepted artists will work closely with FOA in the bookmaking process. Each artist will have at least four-pages dedicated to their work, and a short essay written about their work by an arts writer. Volume 20 will release in 2025.
Artists will also receive a complimentary digital copy of the publication and post on social media
Requirements
Artists may submit up to 6 images
Artists must ensure high quality of images, and we recommend at least 90 dpi. The print size is 8.5x11 inches. Artists selected for the publication will be asked to submit print-ready images.
Eligible Artists
Artists of all academic disciples are welcome to apply. This includes painting, sculpture, photography, installation, and performance art. Works must be submitted in a printable format.

Dues for Selected Artists
Selected artists are responsible for a $90 fee. This fee covers each artists copy of the book ($80 value) and helps with distributing costs for gallery copies.
